Trying to conceal your SEO patterns can acquire you in a batch of problem with the hunt engines. It could even acquire you banned. At the same time, however, your SEO patterns should travel unnoticed by the insouciant visitor.
Some of the oldest and most classic SEO fast ones involved "hiding" your efforts at higher rankings from existent visitors. Some of these activities included keyword stuffing a page and making the textual matter the same colour as the background. Or tucking the keywords away in a div somewhere on their chief page. Or making the keywords a single pel high and "drawing" a line with them somewhere.
All of these patterns are more than than obsolete and will likely acquire you banned from the hunt engines. Yet there are people in the unethical SEO circles who will still effort to perpetrate outgrowths of these tactics and conceal certain things from normal users.
The online dating industry, for example, is one of the most competitory marketplaces on the Internet. People will use all sorts of SEO tactics to derive an border in the business. Recently a certain website climbed the hunt engine rankings at an incredibly fast rate. In fact, they reached figure 1 for the term "free online dating" in just one hundred days.
This was truly an impressive feat, and one that deserved a small research into how they did it.
The land site was clean, efficient, and friendly. It gathered arriving golf course at unprecedented rates by employing viral appliances that were extremely popular among bloggers. They didn't necessarily have got anything to make with dating, but 10s of one thousands of golf course from blogs is a great thing, whether they are dating-related or not.
All that is good clean SEO practice. Where things got questionable was the amount of internal golf course they had on the chief page. Golf Course and the connected ground tackle text, whether arriving or internal, transport a batch of weight these days. And this land site had nearly 50 golf course on its chief page. Each 1 included the term "free online dating" in the ground tackle text. Of course, each nexus included the name of a metropolis as well, and clicking on it would take you to a hunt for the members who lived in that city.
So the golf course were more than or less valid.
The "less" part, however, come ups from the fact that those golf course weren't actually presented directly to the visitor. They were hidden away in a div at the underside of the screen.
And if your golf course are really valid, and really there to assist a user, why would you conceal it?
They weren't the lone 1s to try this new spin on an old tactic. Their competition have tried the same type of strategy. They didn't conceal their golf course in the div, but made certain that they would only look below the fold. They also appeared in achromatic textual matter on very light bluish background. Not hiding them... but not displaying them either.
That first website have since been purchased by another, but not before they removed those golf course from the page. Which only happened after they had secured a strong place in the SERPs. Was this a deliberate maneuver? Was it meant to force the bounds of good SEO and then dispose of the grounds before a hunt engine could ban them? Maybe. But we'll likely never know.
It's hard to state how the hunt engines will respond to this type of behavior. Although history have shown that if too many land sites get abusing this type of hunt marketing, they will come up down difficult on the perpetrators.
Nevertheless, good SEO should be practically invisible. Rich Person you come up across pages that have got proper, seeable content but is so filled with keywords that it is practically impossible to read? Or a blog that is just one large advertisement? Maybe a forum station that have nil helpful to say, but shows a large link? Or maybe you've come up across blazing pages that offering no added value to the land site and merely be to house a few more than keywords. And allows not bury the hunt engine consequences that athletics nil but keywords in the verbal description and title.
All of these activities are based on sound SEO techniques, but there is a proper manner to make them if you wish to stay invisible. And when you make things properly you won't have got got to conceal and you won't have to worry about the hunt engines coming down on you.
Content necessitates to be keyword rich, but it have to be interesting, engaging, and grammatically correct. Blogs are communicating devices and should be treated as such. Doorway pages can acquire you in a batch of trouble, but proper landing pages for your merchandises or in your PPC political campaign are extremely useful. Meta tags and meta keywords don't transport much weight with the hunt engines these days. Therefore optimizing them for hunt engines only shows your inclination to fall behind the times.
The moral of the narrative is to maintain your visitants in head at every measure in the SEO process. If you make this, you won't have got to conceal from the hunt engines or your visitors.
