A new Web browser from Norway's Opera Software ASA computer addresses Internet users' growth inclination to utilize multiple computing machines and devices.
Opera 9.5, released last hebdomad for Windows, Macintosh and Linux computers, includes the new Opera Link feature, which allows you convey bookmarkers wherever you go. It works with Opera's desktop browser as well as Opera Mini, the browser for mobile phones.
The new browser also adds a note-taking ability. By logging in, you can jotting down shopping listings or transcript ways for entree on another computing machine or handset.
The Opera browser was once a strong option to Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer and Time Charles Dudley Warner Inc.'s Netscape. But its usage have diminished with the rise of Netscape's successor, Mozilla's Firefox, despite Opera's bent for invention and the company's determination in 2005 to drop a $39 fee for an ad-free version.
